HOW IT WORKS
Practice with a purpose.
A light to react to. A clock to race. A score to beat. Four steps from the box to your first personal best.
Pick your speed.
P1 moves the light every 5 seconds. P2 moves it every 2 seconds. Start easy, then turn it up.
Hit the lit target.
Move the sensor puck or ball through the target that lights up. The scoreboard counts every hit.
Beat your score.
Each round runs 45 seconds. Check your hits, reset and go again.

Do I need a phone or a membership to play?
No membership is required to start training. The lights, scoreboard, timer and three modes are built into the trainer. The DangleElite app and its membership features are optional.
What does the DangleElite membership cost?
DangleElite membership is optional and sold separately. See the membership page for current pricing, included features and any trial terms.
Which phones work with the app?
DangleElite is available on the App Store and Google Play. Check the store listing for current device and OS requirements.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. Start on P1, where the light moves every 5 seconds, and step up to P2, every 2 seconds, when you're ready. Three modes keep it challenging as skills grow.
What puck or ball do I use?
The targets are designed for Potent sensor pucks and balls. Extra sensor sets are available as 2 pucks or 2 balls.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere you have room to move: basement, garage, driveway or on the ice.
What comes in the box?
The training base, a sensor puck and a USB charger. A hockey stick and phone are not included.
How is it powered?
A rechargeable lithium polymer battery is included and charges by USB.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders usually take 1–2 days to process, excluding weekends, plus around 4–5 business days in transit depending on your location. Orders may ship from Canada, the US or China. Black Friday and holiday delivery can take longer. See our shipping policy for details.
Buying it as a gift?
The trainer ships in a Potent Hockey–branded box that may show the product, and we can't offer gift wrap. To keep the surprise, ship it to a different address.
