Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on most Potent Hockey products. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout to view all available shipping options and pricing (if any).

Order Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are processed the same day or next business day.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Transit times may be longer during Black Friday, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
If you’re located in AK, HI, or outside North America, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a custom shipping solution.

Where Orders Ship From
All orders ship from our Canadian or U.S. warehouses based on product availability and destination.

Packaging Notice
Some items ship in Potent Hockey–branded boxes that may include product images or descriptions.
We’re not able to offer gift wrapping or unmarked packaging.
If your order is a gift, consider shipping to an alternate address to keep it a surprise.
