Shooting drills stall for a predictable reason: the player shoots at an empty net, from a comfortable spot, with nobody in the way and no way to know whether anything got better. This system removes all three problems. It puts pressure in front of the shooter, forces a real target choice, and ends every rep with a number.

React

The Spin Defender puts a moving defender in the lane. Rotating arms create live pressure and timing problems the player has to read, so the shot happens under game conditions instead of in open ice. Speed is set from your phone, which means you can raise the difficulty mid-drill without stopping the group.

Shoot

The Pro Screen (6′ × 4′, team and academy size) stands in front of the net and takes the easy shot away. The player has to pick a lane, elevate, and finish through traffic — the shot that actually decides games, and the one almost nobody practises.

Measure

The Myspeedz Radar Gun 2.0 reads shot speed instantly, with iOS and Android app support. Every rep produces a number, so effort and technique become visible rather than debatable.
